What are the default order statuses available?

There are a number of statuses that can be set for an order, many of these are set automatically when an action is performed on an order, however they can be set manually at any time.

• Cancelled - On Hold - Successful - Processing - Partially Dispatched - Dispatched - Partially Returned - Returned - Complete
