What are orders?

Within Aero when a customer purchases items from your store an order is created. Orders are stored in the system and will start out with the status of “Successful” (providing the payment was successfully taken).

Any fulfillments, returns or refunds actioned on an order will alter the status to keep your orders up-to-date and to allow you to quickly see and manage any orders that have not yet been actioned.
