What versions of Elasticsearch does Aero support?

Aero supports both Elasticsearch 6.x and 7.x.
Support for Elasticsearch 6.x is provided by the 0.x version of 
aerocommerce/elastic-search.
Support for Elasticsearch 7.x is provided by the 1.x version of 
aerocommerce/elastic-search.
